Tips for better insulation performance:
Pack the lunch bag as full as possible with items at a similar temperature.
Chill food and drinks before packing for longer-lasting cooling.
Place ice packs or reusable ice substitutes on top of the contents, as cold air moves downwards.
Minimise opening the bag to help retain the cool air.
Cleaning and care:
- Wipe the interior and exterior with mild dish soap and a damp sponge.
- Do not use chlorine bleach.
- Washing machine safe on a cold, delicate cycle.
- Air dry only.
- Do not place hot dishes directly from the oven into the bag, as this may damage the insulated lining.
- Do not place in an oven, microwave, dryer or dishwasher.
